  • Responsible for planning and managing innovation business projects in Singapore and Southeast Asia (including Sino-Singapore cross-border acceleration projects, government innovation projects and corporate innovation consulting services projects), and completing the design and implementation of the projects in accordance with the company’s strategic objectives and market demand;

Job Holder's Competencies & Experience
  • Minimally a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or innovation related fields; a Master’s degree is a plus;
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in startup incubation/acceleration, corporate innovation, consulting, or cross-border program management. Demonstrated success in leading complex programs that span multiple markets, industries, and regulatory environments; Experience in both Singapore and China preferred
  • Deep network in the innovation & startup ecosystem in Singapore;
  • A firm grasp of what startups and scale-ups require to grow, the various grant schemes from the government, and both platform and service business models;
  • Experience in spearheading business growth through expanding current businesses and exploring new markets and opportunities through cross-functional collaborations;
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and adept at startup working culture;
  • Comfortable with systematic thinking and making strategic decisions to move the company forward;
  • Structured and possess maturity in organizational skills;
  • A strong communicator with active listening skills and the ability to communicate complex topics with clarity;

As an Acceleration Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting XNode’s cross-border innovation and startup acceleration activities between Singapore and China, as well as other international markets. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Program & Project Execution
    • Support the planning and end-to-end execution of corporate innovation projects and cross-border acceleration programs.
    • Coordinate program activities, workshops, pitch events, and stakeholder meetings.
    • Ensure smooth delivery of program operations, including logistics, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Startup & Partner Engagement
    • Facilitate collaboration among startups, corporates, investors, universities, and government stakeholders.
    • Help organize mentorship sessions, learning events, and networking opportunities for startup teams.
    • Actively participate in ecosystem-building initiatives and represent XNode in partner engagements.
  • Research & Business Support
    • Conduct market research, due diligence, and preliminary assessments for innovation projects and startups.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who thrives in fast-paced, multicultural, and innovation-driven environments.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Innovation, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in consultancy, project management, stakeholder coordination, cross-border business development, or projects operation.
  • Strong bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (written and verbal).
  • Strong interpersonal communication, project management, organizational, and stakeholder coordination skills.
